Ceezon delivers across India. This policy explains how your order is dispatched, tracked and delivered.

Coverage and charges

• We ship to serviceable PIN codes across India.
• Free standard shipping is available on eligible orders; any applicable charges are shown at checkout before payment.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on supported PIN codes and order values.

Dispatch and delivery times

Most in-stock orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 3–8 business days depending on your location. Made-to-measure and certain vendor items may take longer; the expected timeline is shown on the product page.

Who ships your order

Ceezon is a marketplace. Some items ship directly from the vendor and others from Ceezon Warehouse, so an order with items from different sellers may arrive in more than one shipment. Whoever ships, Ceezon remains the merchant of record and your point of contact, and we generate the shipping label and tracking centrally.

Tracking

Once dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details and can follow your shipment from Your Orders.
