These terms govern your use of Ceezon (the “Platform”). By creating an account or placing an order you agree to them. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy and Shipping Policy.

1. The marketplace

Ceezon lists products from independent vendors as well as our own Ceezon Warehouse. Ceezon acts as merchant of record and facilitates the transaction, payment and delivery. Product information is provided by the respective seller.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be able to form a legally binding contract to use the Platform. Certain categories — including intimate and wellness products — are restricted to users aged 18 and over, and age verification may apply. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

3. Pricing and payments

Prices are listed in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed by our payment partner. Cash on Delivery may be available on eligible orders.

4. Shipping, returns and cancellations

Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy. Eligible items may be returned or exchanged within the stated window, subject to condition and category restrictions. Some items, for example made-to-measure or intimate products, may be non-returnable for hygiene or customisation reasons.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Platform, infringe the rights of others, or use it for unlawful purposes. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

6. Liability and governing law

To the extent permitted by law, Ceezon’s liability is limited to the value of the relevant order. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in India.
